  • Managed a high-performing, remote team of 4 direct reports, 3 agencies, and 2 contractors
  • Built the award-winning Gusto Academy from inception to launch producing 3 eLearning certification programs with an integrated community of 3,000+ learners, driving $1mm in estimated incremental ARR
  • Created our enterprise training for strategic partner accounts, delivering over 15 interactive, instructor-led trainings to a total of 300 firm leaders over a 6-month period
  • Managed a 25-member Advisory Council—and produced the annual Summit—to create feedback loops with leadership influencing 5 product launches and updates to Gusto’s pricing & packaging
  • Produced the Gusto Next 2023 annual conference managing a 10-person cross-functional team with a budget of $550k to deliver a two-part in-person gathering and virtual event to influence a targeted $700k ARR
  • Orchestrate our national conference presence at marquis accounting trade shows and small business expos to deliver on leads and ACV goals; in 2022 delivered $544k in influenced ARR with an ROI of 77%

XERO | Partner Education & Engagement Manager

  • Developed and led strategy and execution for business education and engagement programs for the accountant channel, producing content and managing a Partner Toolkit of key enablement assets used by over 2k partners
  • Led the creation and execution of the inaugural Xero Americas Awards, managing a $300k budget and 7-person cross-functional team to land a high-profile 50-person event attended by industry executives
  • Revamped the administration of a $1mm cooperative marketing fund distributed to 200 strategic accounts
  • Produced a 4-part webinar series on growth strategies for accountants attended by 500 customers, leading end-to-end content development and execution
